Still have questions about our assisted living facilities serving Springfield, Ozark, and Nixa communities? Contact us directly.

  • What services are included in the monthly rate?

Our monthly rates include daily personal care support, three meals a day, housekeeping, laundry services, medication management, activities, on-site amenities, and access to 24/7 staff support.

  • Do you offer medical services on-site?

Yes! Residents have access to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, podiatry, optometry, diabetic nail care, diagnostic testing, and geriatric psychology support — all conveniently on campus.

  • Can couples live together in assisted living?

Yes! We offer living options that allow couples to remain together whenever possible. Our goal is to keep loved ones connected and supported in a comfortable environment.

  • How do I know if my parent is ready for assisted living?

Common signs include difficulties with daily tasks (like bathing, cooking, or managing medications), frequent falls, memory loss, loneliness, and changes in health or hygiene. If you're unsure, we offer consultations to help you evaluate the next best steps for your family.

  • What types of rooms are available?

We offer a variety of accommodations, including semi-private rooms, private rooms with shared baths, private rooms with private baths, and spacious two-room suites. Each option is designed for comfort, privacy, and ease of living.

  • Is transportation provided for appointments or outings?

Yes, we offer scheduled transportation for medical appointments, errands, and community outings.

  • Does insurance or Medicare cover assisted living?

Medicare does not cover assisted living costs. However, some families use long-term care insurance, Veterans Aid & Attendance benefits, or private pay to help cover expenses. We are happy to guide you through available financial options.

  • Can families visit often?

Of course! We encourage frequent family visits and love welcoming families to meals, activities, and special events. Staying connected with loved ones is a vital part of a resident’s happiness and health.

"Fantastic caring staff and home like atmosphere. Makes living there more like an apartment with friends than a sterile, hospital. I never mind going to see my mother there because it doesn't feel like a chore and depressing - It's nice. Surrounded by wonderful hills, trees and fields in Ozark Missouri. This would be a wonderful place to take one of your elderly loved ones. The grounds are constantly being updated and made interesting with lots of gardens and flower paths."

"Our friend recently needed to move here. While we were there, the nurse came in and brought her evening pills. We asked if we would be able to take her on a walk, and they showed concern that she would miss dinner. Our friend stated that even if this wasn't home, it was a peaceful place to be."
