Founded in 1980, our communities were created to offer an alternative to institutionalized senior care — a place where residents feel welcomed, supported, and truly connected to those around them.
Located on a peaceful 10-acre campus adjacent to a city park in Ozark, Missouri, our facilities blend the comforts of home with comprehensive services to meet residents’ evolving needs.
We are proudly licensed as Level II Assisted Living Communities —
the highest level of assisted living care permitted by the State of Missouri. This licensing allows us to support residents with more advanced needs while maintaining an assisted living environment, meaning residents can age in place without needing to transfer to a nursing home as their health needs change. Our communities provide 24/7 caregiving, full-time registered nurses, and on-site medical director access — ensuring personalized health support is always available.
